Peanut-Butter Chicken

2 lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. chicken broth
3 T. olive oil
2 T. soy sauce
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. onion powder
1 t. basil
1 t. poultry seasoning
1 t. seasoning salt
1 t. ginger
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter

Cut up the chicken into cubes
Saute chicken in oil with all the powdered seasonings until cooked.
Add soy sauce and chicken broth. Cover and cook for two minutes
Add peanut butter
Serve immediately over rice.
